Our maintenance staff provides support for our residents and are responsive to maintenance requests, including hanging pictures, fixing appliances, ensuring safety of driveways and walkways, and even brushing off your car when it snows!

Unity Hospital is right next door. Services include a full-service emergency center and quick care unit, as well as inpatient and outpatient services.
Pharmacy
The nearby Park Ridge Apothecary delivers medications and durable medical equipment right to our community.
Shopping, Grocery, and Banking
Residents have regular bus service to the local malls, banks, and grocery stores.
Home Health Aides
Special private-duty health aide services are available to residents at a discounted rate from Unity Health System.

Postal Services
Individual mailboxes and a drop box for mailings are conveniently located in the building.

An area dry cleaner picks up and delivers right to The Villages.

A furnished guest apartment is available for family and friends at a nominal fee.
