Woodland Village 1477 Long Pond Road The Woodland Village and the Village communities offer independent living for adults 62 years of age and older. These communities foster an active lifestyle for those who no longer want the hassles and costs of home maintenance. The Villages at Unity provide a supportive, secure, stimulating, and activity-filled environment our residents love and value. The Villages are located by the scenic pond on Unity Health System's Park Ridge Health Care Campus in the town of Greece, a suburb of Rochester, New York. We are the only senior retirement community in Rochester to have a hospital right next door. The beautifully decorated Woodland Village community opened in 2000, and has 122 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes — most of which offer a view of the lovely wooded grounds and ponds. Each apartment home is equipped with a full kitchen, utility room with washer and dryer, central air, and an attached private porch.
