After 35 years in the hospitality industry (including 21 years with Marriott Hotels), Ed joined the Unity Health System family in 2001 as director of The Village.

As The Village director, Ed was responsible for the safety and well being of all residents. He developed strong personal relationships with each resident and their families to ensure their complete satisfaction with the fine amenities and services provided.

Recently, Ed's roll expanded to director of Sales & Marketing for Unity Senior Housing, which includes The Villages as well as Unity's subsidized and affordable housing. Ed enjoyes the privilege of meeting with prospective residents and their families. He knows about the many housing options that are available, and genuinely cares about helping seniors find the best home for their individual needs.

Colleen brings over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service to The Villages. She is responsible for new business development and marketing. Colleen is an energetic leader with the proven ability to make things happen. As the number of choices for retirement communities grows, Colleen enjoys helping our clients with a retirement lifestyle the appeals to active, independent, mature adults.

Molly has worked as a hospital social worker/case manager, the director of an acute rehabilitation center, and most recently was the senior living counselor at a senior community in Canandaigua. Molly now enjoys being an advocate and advisor for prospective residents of The Villages and their families.
